Project Execution Summary
This sub-station alignment engineering contract demanded high levels of accuracy to safely integrate the primary 220KV feeder infrastructure into a local processing hub.
Phase 1: Mechanical Precision & Alignment
- Conducted optical laser alignments across 6 individual SF6 bays.
- Managed torque calibrations on all primary busbar structural contacts.
- Cleared factory-transit shipping impacts under high-purity nitrogen envelopes.
Phase 2: SF6 Gas Processing & Quality Checks
Before structural powering, automated evacuation systems pulled moisture variables flat down to a tight sub-1 mbar threshold. High-purity gas filling profiles were verified continuously to guarantee operational insulation parameters.
